10 x 20 Exhibit Rentals provide additional features such as storage and semi-private meeting areas.

20 x 20 and larger Exhibit Rentals address the needs of a wide variety of exhibitors at all price points. Heights range from 8’ to 15’.

Two story double deck exhibits range from 20 x 20 spaces up to 40 x 50 and larger. These structures are designed according to the most rigourous engineering certifications and capable of use both indoors and outdoors.

Portable and Modular displays are available through our portable display division at www.DisplaysOnTheNet.com. This website provides high quality, US made exhibit and display solutions for all booth space sizes.

Additional valued added services provided

Assistance with the following Show Services forms is included.

1. Electrical map indicating drop location and amperage required with surrounding booth spaces
called out which indicate which way the exhibit faces on the show floor.
2. EAC (Independent Contractor Form) information.
3. Insurance Certificate.

Production Services

1. Clients receive a clear graphic key that indicates position of each graphic and dimensions required.
2. A rendering of the final graphics is provided.
3. Pre-production proofs are provided. (Additional fees apply when correct size and required resolution is not provided).

All exhibits are delivered to the Advance Warehouse and installation is scheduled according to your target set up date established by the show. We provide order status each step of the way. Our published lead times must be followed in order to enable us time to provide professional service, rush charges may apply otherwise.

Pricing Information

Published pricing includes transportation to and from the show, installation and dismantle at Las Vegas venues. Cost is based on our published prices shown for each design. Out of venue fees for venues outside Las Vegas apply to other locations nationally. This covers travel expenses for our supervisor in order to provide personal and professional turnkey service.

We provide significant additional services on all rentals that make your experience truly turnkey, billed at a nominal 5% of the final pre-show invoice amount. Each order we receive is managed by the same person you contacted initially.
