Our Policy
Standard or accepted lead times assume receipt of correct production art when promised. Standard lead times require 5 full production days starting the day after your art is received. Agreed upon exceptions will be noted on your original invoice.
If artwork we receive needs to be replaced prior to production, an additional file transfer fee of $15 will be billed per subsequent ftp transfer for corrected and replaced production art. Rush charges of 10% will be added for each production day lost, based on the agreed upon receipt date on your original invoice.
Please follow the art specs provided to avoid wasted time and addition costs for our design, scheduling and production staff. In return, we'll provide the absolute highest quality of graphic products with a lifetime warranty. You can rest assued that you will receive the highest level of professional support possible, no matter what size job you send us.

FIRST- COMPRESS YOUR FILES
Please place all your files into a folder.
Label that folder with your company name, then compress the files.
FTP transfer instructions
Use an FTP program to connect directly to our server.
FTP Login Information
Host: private.displaysonthenet.com
Username: displaysonthenet
Password: exhibit
Having difficulty maintaining a connection? Try accessing the Preferences of your FTP
program and uncheck "Passive Mode Transfers" or "PASV"- this is found under "firewall."
Alternatives to FTP
File Transfer Websites
If you are unfamiliar with the FTP process, there are websites such as YouSendIt.com and WhaleMail.com offer free, user friendly transfer services for large files.
E-Mail
If you have files no larger than 7 MB, they can be sent via e-mail to jim ((at)) displaysonthenet ((dot)) com.
Postal Mail
Burn your artwork on a CD or DVD (must be readable by MAC and PC) and send it to us via courier service.
